Oh man.
So I busted my bursa! Thats right. I wasn't even doing anything cool either. We had a tournament last sat and I was reaching for a throw and I fell and just destroyed my knee! It actually hurt really bad but it's doing much better now and the swelling has gone way down. Never a dull moment! Oh yeah and we have discovered that Brinlee is a princess...who knew?

Bursa where? I know they are all over. I found out about 3 weeks ago that I have a Baker's cyst on the back of one of my knees, one of the common places for a bursa to bursta!
so sorry to hear about your knee! that stinks!
